Set Up a Direct Debit

Set up a Direct Debit to collect payments for fuel purchases made with your fuel card.
Payment for fuel purchases made using your fuel card(s) are made using a weekly direct debit, with discounts applied automatically, for simple and hassle free payments

Your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee

  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit UK Fuels will notify you (normally 3 working days) in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request UK Fuels to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by UK Fuels or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
  • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when UK Fuels asks you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify UK Fuels.

What Happens Next?

We will begin processing your application. You will receive your card(s) within 15-22 working days. Please note: this can sometimes take a little longer during periods of high demand.

How Much You Can Save:

  • Save 5p per litre on standard diesel across the UK Fuels Network (excluding Tesco and Sainsbury's).
  • Save 0.5p per litre at participating Tesco and Sainsbury's stations - only use these sites in an emergency to maximise your savings.
  • No Monthly Fees or Transaction Charges: Enjoy savings with no hidden costs or inactivity fees.
  • Premium diesel purchases can be made through the Fuel Cards and would be charged at a cost of Retail (Pump Price) +10%.
